  • What's the status of my order?
    Orders are processed within 3=5 business days. When you order has been processed you will receive a tracking number sent to your email. Domestic orders usually take 3-7 business days to deliver after it's been shipped. International orders take 5-28 days.
  • My tracking says delivered but, I never received my package.
    Please contact your local USPS office to get more information on your package. You can also file a missing package claim on the USPS website. Keep us updated. AzuresTraphouseCo. Is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
  • Do you accept returns?
    Due to the nature of our products,we cannot accept return or exchanges. We inspect all of our products begore we ship your order. If your is damaged,please contact us within 48 hours using our contact page or email us directly at sales@thevaindoll.com include, name, order number and a picture of damaged item.
